Having joined McCann Worldgroup for nearly 15 years, Jerry Kan first served Harrison Communications Taiwan as the Division Manager in 1994, and then moved onto McCann Erickson Taiwan, where he began as Creative Director, and later worked his way up to Executive Creative Director. In addition, Jerry also held a concurrent post as Executive Creative Director of McCann Erickson Guangming, Shanghai for two years between 2004 and 2006.
Jerry has an extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients: Miller, Coca-Cola, Nestle, McDonald’s, Uni-President, Taiwan Mobile, Motorola, BenQ, Shanghai General Motors, TECO, Taishin Bank, Tiffany & Co., Chinatrust, KAO, L’Oreal, Microsoft, Intel, MasterCard…etc.
With his current role as Creative & Strategy Executive Creative Director, Jerry has created and directed notable campaigns that have won major international and national awards, including the Times Awards, Times Int’l Chinese Advertising Awards, AME International Awards, Cannes Lions, Ad Festivals, London Int’l Awards, New York Festivals, 4A Creative Awards, Media Advertising Awards, Long-Xi Awards, and the Click! Awards.
With his dedicated professionalism and strong leadership, Jerry has served on the panel of judges for numerous awards, including the London International Festival, Times Awards, 4A Creative Awards, and the Longxi Advertising Awards. In 2008, Jerry was honored by the H.K. McCann Leadership Award for his notable contribution and influence.
